One last look from my time at the beach house last week. It still was a bit too chilly for a dip so I thought I'd take advantage of the pool for a shoot instead. Turns out water is the most brilliant natural filter so I'm glad I did! Scroll down to see what I'm getting at!

Somehow I'm always on the lookout for the perfect jumpsuit, always close to finding it, but never quite there. That was until I got my hands on this one by Max Mara, the definition of sports luxe and as comfy as it gets. Unfortunately I can't find it on the web, but I'm sure you can still scout it in a store. Pair with a wide rimmed hat and strappy heels for a glam look or with a baseball cap and sneakers for a sporty one-how versatile!

Country home 101

I've always had a weak spot for decor and interior design. It's very much like styling, in that it requires the same high form of creativity and originality in choosing the best things and arranging them in the best possible way. "Dressing" a house is not different from dressing a person and it requires just as much selectiveness - nobody likes a cluttered home! 

I've thought of starting a new category, dedicated to decor, and what would be a better way to commence this than with some photos from my own country home. We've put this house together from scratch with my mom and we were since the beginning set on filling it with one of a kind things from all over the world. Of course this meant among other things having to spend hours at flee markets in every possible country and  missing flights due to the walking sticks not making the relentless security checks, but we feel the final result was worth it. Below you will find some photos from the living room area. Let me know what you think of this new category and stay tuned for more!

Seagulls on the shore

Seagull printed shorts, what more appropriate for a warm weekend by the sea! I love the calm and quite of such settings, they just give you a carte blanche to go crazy during shooting. Indie insisted on being photographed in a matching skirt- who looks better in red?

Horsepower

During my time in the country last week I had the chance to finally take some photos wearing this beautiful Diksi gown. The local stables became the perfect place for the shoot, I just loved how the dress looked against the white and black horses. The intricate lace on the dress meant I had to go for earrings, and these Taara earrings became the perfect fit - together they gave such a royal feeling! Hope you like it!
